Allied Home Warranty was developed to be superior to standard home warranties, with clear differences and innovative options that make it the best choice for your clients. We’ve written our brochure and contract so they’re easy to understand and simple to explain. And with over a decade of experience serving Texas families, we’re always ready to help. We believe in Realtors. We hope your clients never have difficulties, but if they do, Allied is here to take problems off their hands.

Some of the benefits of an Allied Home Warranty
  • Free Sellers Coverage
  • Easy enrollment process: We’ve built an easy-to-use Realtor Portal to help you quickly enroll your clients once they’ve chosen our warranty. Your clients can also self-enroll via phone, or order on our website at their convenience.
  • Sales support from a Texas-based team: Our Texas-based realtor team is your single point of contact for all of our plan details, marketing materials, training, and ordering.
  • Predictable costs: Our home warranty cost never goes up when it’s time for your clients to renew. The price they pay at closing is the price they will always pay. Guaranteed.
  • Seasonal Tune-ups: With the purchase of our home warranty, your client will receive spring and fall Seasonal Tune-ups on their cooling and heating systems.*
Terms and Conditions
* For the applicable service fee, the customer can receive one (1) A/C pre-season tune-up and one (1) heating system pre-season tune-up during the service contract coverage period. Allied will arrange a contractor to test the thermostat for proper operation, test temperature split, check refrigerant levels and system pressures, perform amp draw on condenser motor, check evaporator motor and compressor, rinse condenser coils, check contactors, check condensate lines, clean or replace filters (homeowner supplied), clean and tighten electrical connections, test capacitors, check heat operations, inspect pilot system, test safety switches, test limit switches, and inspect burners. Tune-ups are covered for up to two units. Each additional unit will require an additional service fee (if additional coverage has been purchased).
